Engineer - Field 4

Field Engineer to work flexible day shift and alternate with co-workers on weekend standby in support of Maintenance and Operations on program aircraft and ground support systems. The candidate will serve as a Communications FSR for program aircraft, ground sites, and support equipment with responsibilities including, but not limited to, command and mission communications and information systems. Aircraft launch / recovery, engineering and technical support to Operations and Maintenance, weekend and holiday support, assist in the resolution of engineering, technical and logistics issues, field team repairs and modifications on program aircraft. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to imaging, configuring and FAA return to service of program components, configuration management and informal training. Ability to program and update Call Manager (PBX) airborne and ground systems. Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical publications and maintenance manuals. Candidate must possess self-initiative with a high degree of tact and diplomacy to interface directly with the Customer, Users, and subcontractors as required in support of program requirements.
Requires a Bachelor Degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered. Requires an ACTIVE DOD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
Candidate will have experience configuring, troubleshooting and testing of aircraft and mission communications systems.
Candidate will be familiar with operational demands of the program aircraft.
Requires excellent written and oral communications and the ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
Ability to travel is necessary.
Must have a can do attitude.
Prefer 10 years demonstrated experience in aircraft mission communications and information system operations, maintenance, and modifications.
Prefer 5 years demonstrated experience in ground communications systems operation, maintenance and modifications.
Position requires an active DOD Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with ability to maintain, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
