Qualifications:
The following are required or preferred unless specifically stated:
High school graduate and Supervisory or Management experience Ability to work independently.
Exemplary Customer Service experience Must be able to pass a background check.
Work evenings.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Observes workflow to ensure production standards are being met.
Ensure all required functions are performed within the approved timeframe.
Performs QC Inspections and ensures corrective actions are completed as necessary Meets with DECA Reps & Acts as a Liaison Adherence to federal and local laws, and to all company policies and procedures Perform various paperwork including, Responsible for completing close of day function in office Motivates and inspires the work force by example and follow me attitude Assure employees payroll is correct.
